Yet another first for South African fitness duo Jacques & Angelique Van Der Linde! After winning the Fitness America Pageant and Fame World Championships in 2010, they were instantly recognised by the Fitness giant Mr. Paul Dillet and invited to compete at the WBFF World Championships in 2011, Canada. This federation is known for its high standards where the best of the best compete and fight it out to achieve their ultimate Pro Status in the fitness field.

With over 500 competitors from over 30 countries across the globe this world class event showcased healthy physiques, all aspiring to reach Pro status in the world. This event is presented in Toronto, Canada and they have more than 27 different qualifying shows across the US during each year. This SA couple was fortunate enough to be recruited directly into the world championships due to there previous accomplishments.

The marketability around this “look-a-like twin couple” was immense as proven by the editorial legend, Robert Kennedy from Oxygen and Reps Magazine to name but a few, approaching them for numerous future ventures. 

Jacques is the owner and founder of JVL Wellness & Lifestyle Centres located in South Africa, a business which main focus lies in educating the masses on nutrition, longevity, wellness and supplementation.
